My friend Dave Oberg, a big animal lover suggested I add a request for donations to the end of the show presentation, and then post it onto youtube. After only being up for a couple of days, Lou Fly said she received she donations from new sources.

These lucky guys made it! They've been rescued, nursed back to health, and just under the weight limit of 20 lbs, which means they get a chance to find their forever home!

Greetings,
This is the first blog or journal entry to the Hearts of Texas Project, a docu-reality style series that follows the women of Goliad Pet Adoption, as they attempt to rescue, rehabilite, and adopt all the abandoned and abused animals in their small South Texas town. They have no proper facility, just homes of the local fosters, and a make shift barn.
